Philosophy Of Edith Stein Reading Group Lecture
The annual public lecture of the Philosophy of Edith Stein Reading Group will be presented by Dr Timothy Burns. Dr Burns will speak on the topic ‘Why We Need Empathy’, with specific reference to the writings of Edith Stein.
This meeting will take place at 3pm on Sunday, 24 July 2022 in the Edith Stein Room, St Teresa’s Priory, St Teresa’s Carmelite Church, Clarendon Street, Dublin 2.

Letter of Pope Francis on liturgical formation
Pope Francis’s has issued a new Apostolic Letter Desiderio Desideravi, “on the liturgical formation of the People of God”.
In the letter, Pope Francis says that he desires “to offer some prompts or cues for reflections that can aid in the contemplation of the beauty and truth of Christian celebration”.
