Weekly Taizé services have resumed at Newman University Church on Tuesdays at 6pm. The Taizé service includes about 40 minutes of song, prayer, and silence. The church is dimly lit, the Taizé cross is brought out as a focal point of prayer, and the congregation brings forward lit candles with their prayers. There is tea and biscuits after the service each Tuesday.

At 6pm on Wednesday, 28 September 2022, Brian Grogan SJ will give a talk at University Church titled “Climate Grief and Christian Hope”.
Join us 11am on Saturday, 01 October 2022, for a Nature Walk beginning at the Newman University Church. It should last about an hour.
To end the Season of Creation at 6pm on 04 October 2022, a Taizé service will be held in honour of St Francis’s feast day.
