Letter of Freedom Request Baptism (GDPR Compliant)

I would like to request a Letter of Freedom in respect of having our child baptised outside of the Parish:-

GDPR Requirements: European Data Protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) was introduced on 25 May 2018. This law applies to any organisation, including our parish, that manages and processes people’s personal information. Therefore, we are obliged to seek identification from anyone requesting a Letter of Freedom. If you are seeking a Letter of Freedom on somebody else’s behalf, we are required to seek written confirmation that you have authority to collect on their behalf.
