ALL ACTIVITIES RUN FROM SEPTEMBER TO MID JUNE

MONDAY:   Matt Bowling

Like to learn how to play bowls, come along to the centre at 2pm and talk to our bowling rep. Sessions finish at 4pm.  Fee:  €5 per session.

* Matches arranged with other bowling clubs

TUESDAY:  Choir

If you like to sing come along 2.30pm to 3.30pm.  Fee: €5 per session.

WEDNESDAY:  Exercise to Music

Like to do some light exercises, come along to the centre at 10.45am to 11.45am.  Fee:  €5 per session.

* All fitness levels catered for by our qualified fitness instructor.

THURSDAY:   Matt Bowling

FRIDAY:  Art

Interesting in learning to paint using watercolour, acrylic or oils with the guidance of our fully qualified teacher.  Fee:  €10 per session.  Class:  10.30am to 12.30pm.

February – Annual General Meeting

May  –  Open Day

* Outing to shows and hotel breaks.

Palmerstown Active Retirement Association is organised by a group of local people on a voluntary basis that encourages its members to stay active, healthy and to have fun.
